We always try and make sure that things go right, the first time. However, sometimes things go wrong, and sometimes circumstances outside of our control, can affect your experience. As an agent, we book travel on your behalf with a wide range of suppliers, and as such, we will often need to contact them to resolve any issues. If there is a representative of the supplier present, we'd recommend raising any issues or concerns with them. However, you need to inform us as well, we'll then work with the supplier to get things back on track for you!

As an IATA accredited agent, we manage flight ticketing and check in in-house - meaning exclusive access to specialist fares and less hassle and stress for you. However, the rules and regulations with the over 30+ airlines, do change and vary across the airlines. We'll always do our part, but we'll make sure to send you over any instructions or necessary actions. But we'll make sure to send you boarding cards well ahead of time!

Transfers are managed by recognised and trusted third party suppliers or transfer agencies. At different worldwide locations, there will be varying instructions and infrastructure to support your onward journey. Make sure to check your itinerary instructions for full details. Still stuck? Plans change - that's not a problem! However, there are a number of considerations when changing your travel plans. Some suppliers, and special deals we have on hotels, experiences and car rentals are at a non-refundable rate - this means they cannot be cancelled and often cannot be amended.
